§ 73.005 ATTESTING ALL AGREEMENTS AND AMENDMENTS.
   The Assistant Secretary of the Commuter Rail Division is hereby authorized, directed and empowered on behalf of the Commuter Rail Division to attest all necessary agreements, documents and legal instruments, as well as all subsequent amendments thereto, necessary for the creation, incorporation, functioning and participation of the Commuter Rail Division with respect to the plan as finally negotiated by the Executive Director.
