§ 71.018 EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR TO IMPLEMENT.
   The Chairperson of the Commuter Rail Division and, at the Chairperson’s designation, Executive Director of the Commuter Rail, are hereby authorized and directed to take all necessary and appropriate action to develop and implement these four new start projects, including securing federal, local and state funding.
