§ 71.017 PROJECTS.
   This Board endorses and offers its full support and cooperation in the development and implementation of the following four new start projects:
   (A)   Suburban Transit Access Route (“STAR Line”);
   (B)   Southeast Commuter Rail Service;
   (C)   Union Pacific West Line Commuter Rail Service upgrade; and
   (D)   Union Pacific Northwest Line Commuter Rail Service upgrade.
