The Metra Board of Directors hereby receives and commends the FAST program as described in the program document and refers it to appropriate agencies and public discussion. We recommend that the management of Metra use the guidelines and proposals in the Metra EXTRA program as a basis for preparation of specific program proposals for Board approval. We also offer our full support and cooperation with regard to the pace comprehensive plan.
