(A) The Board of Directors of the Commuter Rail Division hereby reaffirms its program and goal of 21% for fiscal year 2005 and, thereafter, for the Commuter Rail Division.
(B) The Chairperson of the Commuter Rail Division and, at the Chairperson’s designation, the Executive Director of the Commuter Rail Division are hereby authorized and directed to take such action as they deem necessary or appropriate to implement, administer and enforce said program and all subsequent amendments thereto.
