§ 56.013 ADJUSTING DOLLAR FIGURES.
   All specific dollar figures included in this chapter shall be adjusted periodically as deemed appropriate by the Chief Financial Officer, or his or her designee, in accordance with the changes to the consumer price index for all urban consumers or any such index deemed appropriate for use by the Chief Finance Officer. Any adjustments shall be reported to the Executive Director, Chief Audit Officer and the Board, along with the effective dates for such adjustments.
