§ 55.001 ESTABLISHMENT.
   (A)   The Board hereby establishes the attached whistleblower policy (“policy”). The policy shall apply to all employees, officers and Board members.
   (B)   The Executive Director is hereby authorized and directed to take such as is necessary to implement and enforce this policy.
   (C)   This policy shall become effective immediately.
