Currently, the Commuter Rail Division is in the process of negotiating new labor agreements with rail unions (please see list of rail unions). The following clause will be included in every contract:
“It is the policy of the Carrier and the (name of union) that the provisions of this agreement be applied to all employees covered by said agreement without regard to race, creed, color, age, sex, national origin or physical handicap, except in these cases where a bona fide occupational qualification exists.”
