(A) The Commuter Rail Division of the Regional Transportation Authority has an employment policy as noted in the previous sections. Contract employees covered by labor agreements represent over 80% of the total workforce.
(B) Our present workforce as well as many of those who will come to us from the former Rock Island and Milwaukee rosters have and will gain employment based on their seniority standing provided for in negotiated labor agreements. The workforce demographics may not represent surrounding workforce population in all crafts and classes.
