§ 52.089 RECORD KEEPING.
   (A)   Upon the request from the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission and the State Human Rights Commission, all employment records are kept for a period of three years. Records are kept on recruitment, hires, promotions, separations, disciplinary actions, salary, performance reviews and other personnel areas.
   (B)   As a part of employment considerations or selection of applicants, records are kept on personnel’s or Manager’s final disposition. The employment log and the resume control form have been developed to record the history of an applicant and the managerial disposition regarding interviews and selection for positions. In the resume control form, personnel and/or managerial staff must justify, in writing, the reasons as to why an applicant is accepted or rejected.
