(A) A copy of the Commuter Rail Division’s policy, Acting Executive Director, Department Manager and Division Manager.
(B) CRO’s E.E.O. policy, along with the required E.E.O. posters, will be placed on employee bulletin boards and other places throughout the facility. The E.E.O. Specialist maintains additional copies of the program for review by all employees.
(C) Department Managers and Division Managers will meet at least once each six months to discuss the equal opportunity program, their individual responsibilities and to review the program.
