(A) The CRD finds its workforce in most areas to be utilizing minorities on par with the SMSA. White females are needed in almost all job categories along with minority craftspeople and Black service workers.
(B) We have just gone through a reorganization of our employees and those of the RTA and hope to show even better utilization of the protected class next year.
