§ 52.045 AVAILABILITY ANALYSIS.
   (A)   In determining the availability of historically under utilized persons for various job categories within the CRD, information was derived from the State Department of Labor’s labor force information for affirmative action programs, Chicago SMSA, September 1980. This booklet contains the most accurate and current labor force information, provided on a state, county and labor market area basis, as well as affirmative action information for central cities of the standard metropolitan statistical areas (“SMSAs”).
   (B)   Chart II is a utilization comparison of the total number of employees and the availability/goals for the Chicago SMSA, broken down by race and sex and by job category.
