§ 52.020 MANAGEMENT.
   All administrative and supervisory personnel share the responsibility for ensuring the effectiveness of the CRD’s affirmative action program and will be evaluated on their performance in this area. They will give their full cooperation and active support of the Affirmative Action Plan to the Commuter Rail Board.
