§ 10.123 IMPLEMENTATION.
   The Chairperson of the Commuter Rail Division and, at the Chairperson’s designation, the Executive Director and their designees are hereby authorized and directed to take all other action deemed necessary or appropriate to implement, administer and enforce the participation of the Commuter Rail Division in RAIL.
