§ 10.120 PARTICIPATION IN PROGRAM.
   The Board of Directors of the Commuter Rail Division of the Regional Transportation Authority (“Commuter Rail Division”) hereby authorizes the Commuter Rail Division to participate in the creation, incorporation and functioning of Railroad Association Insurance, Ltd. (“RAIL”).
