§ 50.037 APPROVES AND ADOPTS THE DBE PROGRAM/POLICY.
   The Board of Directors of the Commuter Rail Division of the Regional Transportation Authority hereby approves and adopts a Disadvantaged Business Enterprise program/policy as revised (September 1999) for the Commuter Rail Division as attached to this section.
