(A) The Commuter Rail Board hereby approves and adopts a Disadvantaged Business Enterprise contracting program policy (“DBE program”) for the Commuter Rail Division and the Northeast Illinois Regional Commuter Railroad Corporation in a form substantially similar to one attached to the ordinance incorporated herein this section.
(B) The Chairperson of the Commuter Rail Board, and at the Chairperson’s designation, the Executive Director are hereby authorized and directed to take such action as is necessary or appropriate to implement, administer, enforce and amend this DBE program.
