I, ______________, am a member of the Board of Directors of the Commuter Rail Division or subsidiary body of the Board (“Public Body”). In accordance with Subsection 4.A of Article Six of the By-Laws, I am submitting this notice evidencing my desire to electronically attend the                                   , 20     , meeting of the Public Body.
