(A) The Commuter Rail Division shall submit quarterly reports to the Department of Transportation as required. Separate information shall be provided relating to firms owned and controlled by minorities, women and (SBA) Section 8(a) contractors that are not minorities or women.
(B) These reports shall conform in format to the contract reporting requirements of the Department of Transportation, and shall include, as a minimum, the following:
(1) The number of contracts awarded to DBEs;
(2) A description of the general categories of contracts awarded to DBEs;
(3) The dollar value of contracts awarded to DBEs;
(4) The percentage of the dollar value of all contracts awarded to DBEs during the applicable period; and
(5) An indication of whether, and the extent to which, the percentage achieved, met or exceeded the goal.
