(A) The by-laws, except those required by law, may be suspended by a vote of six of the then Directors, provided that those by-laws requiring action by an extraordinary majority of Directors may only be suspended by the applicable extraordinary majority.
(B) For example, the extraordinary majority for the appointment of Executive Director and Chair remains at eight votes.
