(A) The CRD has developed and will maintain in the Disadvantaged Business Enterprise Department a directory of DBEs which will be utilized to relate DBE capabilities with CRD procurement needs. Each listing shall provide such information as the firm’s expertise, minority and/or female status, and such other information as supplied and needed to assist in determining capabilities. The directory listings shall be periodically updated and may be supplemented with directories from the SBA and other agencies.
(B) The DBE Directory shall be categorized by types of firms to facilitate identifying businesses with capabilities relevant to a particular specification, request for proposal or purchase order. The DBE Directory will be made available to sub-recipients, bidders and proposers in their efforts to meet MBE program requirements.
