§ 50.016 USE OF MINORITY FINANCIAL INSTITUTIONS.
   The Commuter Rail Division consistent with this DBE program/policy shall utilize the services of minority and female owned and controlled financial institutions to the fullest extent practicable, both as depository of funds and for such other financial transactions as may from time to time arise.
