§ 10.101 PARLIAMENTARY AUTHORITY.
   (A)   Except where inconsistent with the provisions of the RTA Act, ordinances or these by-laws, Robert’s Rules of Order, Newly Revised, shall govern the parliamentary authority at all meetings of the Board to which they are applicable. The General Counsel shall serve as the parliamentarian at all meetings of the Board and its committees.
   (B)   All items on which the Board will take action at a regular or special meeting shall be specifically set forth in an agenda as published. Short parliamentary motions and minor editing to clarify or correct an item may be made during a meeting.
