§ 10.100 DEFINITIONS.
   For the purpose of this chapter, the following definitions shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
   RTA ACT. The Regional Transportation Authority Act, 70 ILCS 3615/1.01 et seq., as amended now and hereafter.
   BOARD. The Board of Directors of the Commuter Rail Division of the Regional Transportation Authority created pursuant to the Regional Transportation Authority Act.
   CHAIR. The Chairperson of the Board.
   DIRECTOR. A member of the Board.
   EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR. The Executive Director of the Commuter Rail Division of the Regional Transportation Authority.
   METROPOLITAN REGION. All territory included within the territory of the authority as provided in the Act, and such territory as may be annexed to the authority.
