§ 10.088 CONDUCT OF HEARINGS.
   (A)   The presiding officer for each hearing shall be designated by the Chairperson, and shall be a Director or a hearing officer.
   (B)   A hearing officer may be an officer or employee of the authority, or any other person, provided that no hearing officer shall be a trustee, director, officer or employee of any Transportation Agency.
