§ 33.163 STATE LAW TO GOVERN.
   This plan shall be administered, construed and regulated and its validity and effect and the rights hereunder of all interested parties shall, at all times, be determined in accordance with the laws of the state, subject, however, to applicable provisions of ERISA and the Code.
