The Committee shall elect one of its members as Chairperson, and any document required to be filed with, or any notice required to be given to, the plan or the Committee shall be properly filed or given if mailed by registered mail, or delivered, to such Chairperson. The Committee shall notify the Trustees in writing of the person appointed to act as Chairperson of the Committee and of any changes therein, and the Trustees will be protected in relying on such written notice in dealing with the Chairperson.
