(A) In the event any portion of the fund becomes distributable under the terms hereof to a minor or other person under a legal disability, the Committee, in its sole discretion, may direct the Trustees that such distribution shall be made in anyone or more of the following ways:
(1) Directly to said minor or other person;
(2) To the legal guardian or conservator of said minor or other person; or
(3) To the spouse, parent, brother, sister, child or other relative of said minor or other person for the use of said minor or other person.
(B) The Committee shall not be required to see to the application of any distributions so made to any of said persons, but the receipt therefor shall be a full discharge of the liability of the Committee and the Fund to such minor or other person therefor.
