Each person entitled to benefits hereunder shall file with the Committee, from time to time, in writing, his or her complete mailing address and change of mailing address. Any check representing payment hereunder and any communication addressed to a participant or to any other person at his or her last address indicated on the records of the employer or any affiliate shall be deemed to have been received by such person for all purposes of the plan, and neither the Committee nor the employer or affiliate shall be obliged to search for or ascertain the location of any such person.
