§ 10.087 NOTICE.
   (A)   Notice of each public hearing shall be given by public advertisement in a newspaper of general circulation in the metropolitan region at least 20 days before the commencement of such hearing, by posting a copy of such notice at the principal office of the authority, and by giving notice to those news media which have filed a request for public notices pursuant to law. Notice of any hearing to be held to comply with a statute or regulation of the United States or the state also shall be given at the time and in the manner required by such statute or regulation. The Chairperson may provide for additional notice of any hearing.
   (B)   Notice of each public hearing shall include:
      (a)   The time, place and subject of the hearing;
      (b)   A statement that any person may present views at the hearing orally or by submitting written material, within 24 hours of the close of the hearing;
      (c)   Provision for public inspection of any documents or proposals which are the subject of the hearing; and
      (d)   A statement that, upon 72 hours’ advance notice, accommodations for interpreter services for persons with hearing impairment will be provided.
   (C)   Any hearing may be adjourned to a later time by announcing at the hearing the time and place at which the hearing will be reconvened.
