§ 33.142 RECORDS AND REPORTS.
   The Committee shall have the responsibility to comply with the reporting and disclosure requirements with respect to the plan. The Committee shall exercise such authority and responsibility as it deems appropriate in order to comply with ERISA and governmental regulations issued thereunder relating to records of participant’s service.
