The Committee shall furnish and make available to employees, participants and beneficiaries, and to the Secretary of Labor, or his or her delegate; to the Secretary of the Treasury, or his or her delegate; and to the Secretary of Health, Education and Welfare, or his or her delegate, such plan descriptions, summaries, reports, registration statements, notifications and other documents as may be required by ERISA or the Code and the regulations thereunder.
