§ 33.136 PLAN ADMINISTRATOR.
   The Committee may, by written agreement, hire a Plan Administrator to assume stated responsibilities in the administration of the plan for such reasonable compensation and for such term as may be agreed upon between the Plan Administrator and the Committee. In the event the Plan Administrator shall be removed or otherwise cease to act, the Committee may appoint a successor Plan Administrator. The Committee may delegate such of its powers and duties hereunder to the Plan Administrator as it deems appropriate and shall have no liability hereunder for the Plan Administrator’s exercise of powers and duties so delegated. The Committee shall give written notice to the Trustees and the Board of the appointment or removal of any Plan Administrator.
