§ 33.121 EFFECT OF AMENDMENTS TO PLAN CHANGING BENEFITS.
   All rights and benefits, if any, provided under the plan for any participant or the beneficiary of any participant shall be determined, as of the time such participant’s service with the employer terminates and shall not be changed by amendments to the plan effective after such termination of service.
