§ 33.120 COMMITTEE’S DETERMINATIONS CONCLUSIVE.
   The determination of the Committee as to whether a participant is dead, or as to the date of his or her death, or as to the identity of a beneficiary or whether a beneficiary is living or dead shall be conclusive.
