§ 10.085 APPLICABILITY.
   Procedures for public hearings set forth in this subchapter shall apply to all public hearings required under the Act, including § 3B.10, being 70 ILCS 3615/3B.10. Hearings required under any statute or regulation of the United States or the state shall be held under this section to the extent consistent with such statute or regulation.
