§ 33.036 CHANGES IN SALARY DEFERRAL CONTRIBUTIONS.
   (A)   A participant may request a change in the percentage of his or her compensation payable as a salary deferral contribution no more than two times during any calendar year by giving prior written notice to the Committee on such forms and in such manner as the Committee may prescribe. Changes in the percentage of compensation payable as a salary deferral contribution shall be made as soon as practicable thereafter in the sole discretion of the Committee but in no event later than the later of:
      (1)   The enrollment date specified by the participant; or
      (2)   The second enrollment date following the date on which such request is received by the Committee.
   (B)   (1)   A participant may also request that salary deferral contributions made on his or her behalf be terminated by giving prior written notice to the Committee on such forms and in such manner as the Committee may prescribe. Termination of salary deferral contributions shall be made as soon as practicable thereafter in the sole discretion of the Committee but in no event later than the later of:
         (a)   The enrollment date specified by the participant; or
         (b)   The second enrollment date following the date on which such request is received by the Committee.
      (2)   A participant who terminates salary deferral contributions may again authorize salary deferral contributions to be made on his or her behalf as of any enrollment date following the calendar year in which such termination commences.
