Upon the expiration of the term or vacancy of the Chair appointed under § 3B.02(a)(5) of the Act, being 70 ILCS 3615/3B.02(a)(5), the Chair shall be from the members of the Board and shall be appointed by the Directors of the Commuter Rail Board with the concurrence of eight such Directors. (See § 3B.02(b)(8) of the Act, being 70 ILCS 3615/3B.02(b)(8).) The Chair is entitled to vote on behalf of himself or herself. (See § 3B.04 of the Act, being 70 ILCS 3615/3B.04.)
