§ 10.055 EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR APPOINTMENT.
   The Executive Director shall be appointed, retained or dismissed with the concurrence of eight of the Directors of the Commuter Rail Board. (See § 3B.03 of the Act, being 70 ILCS 3615/3B.03.)
