(A) No person dealing with the Trustees shall be under any obligation to inquire into the validity or propriety of any action by the Trustees, the application of any property delivered to them or the exercise by them of any of the powers conferred upon them by this agreement.
(B) The execution by the Trustees of any instrument, document or paper in connection with the exercise of any of the powers enumerated herein shall, of itself, be conclusive evidence to all persons of the authority of the Trustees to execute the same and to exercise all powers incident thereto.
