§ 10.042 EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR.
   (A)   Pursuant to § 3B.05 of the Act, being 70 ILCS 3615/3B.05, the Executive Director shall serve as Chief Executive Officer of the Division.
   (B)   The Executive Director shall be an individual of proven transportation and management skills and shall not be a member of the Commuter Rail Board.
   (C)   The Executive Director shall have those powers enumerated in the Act, ordinances, law and these by-laws.
