§ 32.114 NOTIFICATION.
   The Board of Directors of NIRC shall notify the Trustees, in writing, of the identity of all participating employers. If any employer shall withdraw from participation in the plan, the Board of Directors of NIRC shall instruct the Trustees in writing of such withdrawal and of any actions to be taken with respect to such withdrawal.
