§ 32.112 UNCLAIMED PAYMENT.
   If any check in payment of a benefit hereunder which has been mailed by regular United States mail to the last address of the place furnished the Trustees by the Committee or Plan Administrator is returned unclaimed, the Trustees shall notify the Committee or Plan Administrator and shall discontinue further payments to such payee until they receive further instructions from the Committee or Plan Administrator.
