Except to the extent provided in a qualified domestic relations order under ERISA, distributions directed to be made hereunder may not be voluntarily or involuntarily sold, transferred or assigned by any participant or beneficiary, nor shall the fund be in any way liable to the claim of any creditor of any such person.
