The Trustees shall be fully protected in making payments out of the fund, or in taking or omitting to take any other actions, in accordance with the written instructions of NIRC, the Committee or Plan Administrator, and shall have no responsibility to see to the application of any such payments by the participants, their beneficiaries or legal representatives or by any other recipients thereof specified in such instructions, or to ascertain whether such instructions comply with the terms of the plan or to determine the rights or benefits of any person in the trust or under the plan.
