§ 32.096 ACTION BY TRUSTEES.
   Any action this trust requires or permits the Trustees to take shall be duly and properly taken if done by written instrument executed by a majority of the Trustees, or by written instrument executed by one or more Trustees previously authorized to take such action by written instrument executed by, or vote of, a majority of the Trustees.
