§ 32.095 ACTION BY NIRC.
   Any action this trust requires or permits NIRC to take shall be duly and properly taken if done by a certified written resolution of the Board of Directors of NIRC; or by written instrument of a person previously authorized to take such action by such certified written resolution of the Board of Directors of NIRC.
