§ 10.041 ASSISTANT TREASURER.
   (A)   There shall be at least one Assistant Treasurer. The Chief Financial Officer shall serve as one of the Assistant Treasurers and shall provide general assistance to the Treasurer and prepare any and all financial reports and budgets required.
   (B)   In addition, any designee(s) of the Chief Financial Officer approved, in writing, by the Executive Director shall serve as an Assistant Treasurer.
