§ 32.081 TERMINATION OF THE PLAN.
   In the event of the termination of the plan as provided therein, the Trustees shall dispose of the Fund for the purposes of the plan in accordance with the written order of NIRC or the Committee or Plan Administrator, subject to § 32.082.
